Whenever i start up 'manage sites' and click on NEW or EDIT i get this pop up ;
'this action could not be completed because the other program is busy.'
Then i have to use the old CTRL ALT DEL to get out of there.
The only thing thats running is that windows XP automatic update. norton antivirus and norton internet security are disabled.
It always worked before when my computer was behind a router. But then i decided to directly connect my computer to the internet and get rid of all the hassles of working behind a router.
Anyone have experience with this problem?
