CGI/Perl problem

Has anyone ran into problems with Norton Internet Security stopping CGI forms? I have a working form that I can't see on my CPU unless I shut off Norton, and I need to send it to a client... and don't want them to have the same problem.

Any comments? Ideas?

i am not understanding the relation between Norton Internet Security & CGI/PERL
