I currently have 1433 members and growing by about 5 - 10 members per day.

I am selling all the content, the forum, download links, members, domain, I am selling everything and I will help you transfer to your hosting so that the website will be ready to run.

250 unique page views per day, but alot more due in september and february when the TV shows start again.

Current alexa ranking of 428,895 and steadily improving.

Ranked on google on page 1, 4th link down for the very highly searched keywords "download lost".

By the way it made $60 last month from clicksor (clicksor pays really low), so if you got into adsense you would make $200+ per month. I got refused when the site was new and never reapplied, but there is no reason why you cant.

I also receive regular donation via paypal from the members ranging from $1 - $20 at a time.

No work needed to the site at all!
