domain DownloadLost.Net - aprroximate worth? 1400 members

I own www.DownloadLost.Net and I plan to sell it on this forum fairly soon and I would just like an estimate of how much it is worth.

I currently have 1433 members and growing by about 5 - 10 members per day.

250 unique page views per day, but alot more due in september and february when the TV shows start again.

Current alexa ranking of 454,276 and has been steadily going down (nearer to 1)

By the way it made $60 last month from clicksor which pays really low, so if you got into adsense you would make $200+ per month. I got refused when the site was new and never reapplied.

I'd say high $xxx and more for the members, traffic, income (which would need to be substantiated) than for the name itself.

I just hope that you are not allowing people to download a copyright tv show.

AS for the TV shows, they only download if they have already bought the DVD
