"MONDO" works to save 30% on Dotster. But, I want cheaper. :)

But seriously though. What's up with netfirms system? I did the $1.99 thing for a bunch of .coms the last minute the cart had Nothing in it. Now I've been waiting for support to manually do it on their end. It's way past 48 hours now. Anyone else experience this? I had to manually go into my browser history to to copy and paste from history to netfirms.

From now own before I click buy I will make sure to copy and paste the list into a word doc.

Still waiting netfirms!

Same system problem for me. I tried to transfer .COM, .NET domains and it just showed $0, only got the result with .INFO, .ORG and .CLUB

Dotster? You mean the site that sells domains, hosting, etc. but when you try to open an account, you can't unless you buy a new domain? The same site that you call support to open an account because you just bought a name that you want the seller to push into the account you want to open but can't? That Dotster? They could offer to pay me to register a domain with them and I wouldn't.

But hey...hope it all works out.

yes, dotster, the website that I plan on registering a domain for cheap...then transferring it over to NameCheap on Black Friday for $1 + 1 more year.
(I guess it's good that I don't plan on selling my 1st domain that I got from them.)

Man. It doesn't matter if they let you reg a domain for $0.01.

The problem is, they might end up keeping that domain hostage so that all you can do with it is host.

I mean let's say you somehow reg'd a 2L .com, worth like $1 mil, but Dotster won't let you transfer it out or transfer it to your buyer...

All you will be able to do is cri.

Enom I read the horror stories too! Dotster/Netfirms never did anything like unreg ur domain and ban you.

I'd choose Dotster over Enom... which is why I'm glad someone is buying a few of my Enom domains so i'll only have a coupel left. I don't need it to magically disappear lol

That's scary. Now that I recently funny got accepted with namejet they said to complete a sale I will need to transfer my domains to enom and then from there to where ever. I don't get why. Of course I'll need to pay for that transfer. They must be getting a kickback or something
