I received an email tonight about mobi's that I tried to pre-register....
Although I have no business interaction with dotster other than the pre-mobi regs, they did take the time to send out a mass email about the names that are not available, (which was 6 out of 7).
I knew this prior to their email though once the non-public list was published.
That is cool...they also suggested to look for other names to get close to what I wanted. (Hey got to keep the customer interested).
As I write this, they also sent a notice that through their system I was not the first to
pre-reg that one that was publicly offered.
I think that is really considerate.
I just wonder if other registers provide that information?
Since I do not deal with dotster ever....it does show that their customer support might be better than others. (I wonder)
