I have had my dotster account upgraded to 8.95 for ages now...
I did have quite a few domains there at the time though, many won at namewinner in the ol' days, and I still have quiet a few.
I guess it depends on the amount of domains you have.
So, if you have more than 100+ in your doster account, i'd email them and ask for an 8.95 account.
heck, try even if you have less, you have nothing to lose.
