Quality sites. Quality names. Both are produced by Ten Alps Television and partially funded by grants from the UK governement. They are also both premium names - showing that premium pricing for the public sector is acceptable.

www.nature.tv - keep an eye out for this one. Premium name ($5k) regged by a subsidiary of Ten Alps which makes documentaries for the BBC (FYI - I learned of Ten Alps when I tracked down who had regged nature.tv)
