Not sure how, but PokerRoom.Online and PokerRooms.Online slipped through preregistrations and they're not even premium (amazingly), so I nabbed 'em!

Given that poker rooms are originally an "offline" concept and because most poker sites are essentially "rooms" and they call themselves that, I think I made out with a couple of nice ones.

What .Online domains did you get?

Just an interesting observation for all my fellow .online domain fans - I registered a few really good .online domains. ( FYI: I have 2 REALLY good ones on sale as part of the domain combo mentioned in my signature)

The observation I made recently was that I did a random check on Estibot a few months on one of my .online domains and interestingly enough, (Gauteng.online - City in South Africa - The business Hub of the country) was initially given a $5 value by Estibot but as of today it has a $2000 value.

I know...

UCI.online - Estibot $5500

Really no point paying any mind to any Estibot appraisals. They're 100% worthless.

Some end users might use esti as a guide. But in reseller market you're right. The value is what a buyer is willing to pay.

IMHO, I think the only time an end user is going to bring up an appraisal is when they're trying to bash the quoted price.

I think estibot is a tool to use whne domainers want to make themselves feel good about domains they own. imo

My point was NOT that Estibot was a good tool to use to appraise a domain name. My point was that is was an interesting observation that Estibot initially valued the domain as $5 and now they value it at $2000. What caused them to drastically increase the value of the domain name in a space of a few months. Considering there have been no recorded sales of a simular domain name on Namebio. (Estibot would use previous sales history as one of the parameters to valuate a domain)

Hell yeah! Sure it ain't accurate but still doesn't stop me from mentioning the Estibot value to a potential end user who might be interested in the domain.... :)

just grabbed tuts.online

If any new tld is going to make it, I think .online has one of the best chances. It just makes sense, and words put to the left of the dot usually sound right with online, unlike some of the other new tld's that have a very limited amount of words that make sense to the left of the dot.

.online is too long.

Its long but it makes sense in my opinion. A real business could easily adopt business.online. Nice extension dedicated to their online presence.
