First post here. I know sites end with .ai are growing. The thing I want to know those who buy them. Do they creat one and sell them. Or are already existed and check their Back links and then buy it?
If the site without back link and ends with .ai or .com ... How minimum amount you set for selling it?

That depends on a lot of different factors...

• Business Niche
• Verifiable Traffic
• SERP ranking
• Domain Length
• Domain Age
• etc, etc...

Once all that's out of the way, it then comes down to resellers, hobbyists or end users that buy the domains, each with a different budget in mind for different reasons and based on some of the factors I outlined above.

How minimum amount you set for selling it?

Without knowing the domain name, it's impossible to tell you what it may or may not sell for. Each domain name is unique in it's own way and evaluated independently of one another. Many are/were available for registration and registered that way.

The best ones are purchased from existing owners or from expired .ai auctions at Namecheap.

Almost none of them are ever purchased because of backlinks or SEO reasons because there aren't enough developed .ai websites that have become available again yet.

That may change in the near future.
