domain Dormatory.net - Please Appraise

Well it is a one word domain (.net of course) but there hard to find also. Reseller and end-user values would be appreciated. I see dormatory.com is going to go up on auction on January 19 on Sedo with a reserve of $5,000 to $19,999.

It's spelt wrong, there's an 'i' in the middle, not an 'a' rendering this pretty much worthless.

You posted up a good one yesterday I noticed, can't recall it now, but thought at the time, well done. As a few know, I can't stand spelling mistakes, they drive me up the wall. True I guess about typo traffic, but that concept doesn't sit well with me at all.

I see that you registered the domain at GoDaddy.

If you contact them, you are still able to delete the domain and receive a full refund.

You are not the only dumb#@% to do this. I thought I registered motorcycles.mobi, and was quite pleased about it. I realized maybe a full year later that what I had was motorcyles.mobi (there is a difference if you look).

There ought to be a thread for stupid domain mistakes.

I tried to get a refund but they told that once a domian is registered it can't be taken back. He did offer me a free register.

You have 5 days to cancel a domain and get a refund. Call up the billing department at 480-505-8855. The information that rep gave you was absolutely incorrect. (I am a former Godaddy Billing Agent).
