Hey nP members,



we all know that the TLD space has changed completely.

While we can see many creative and great domains made from new TLDs we can see much more really weird and pointless .combinations - means weird and pointless domain name combinations in the .com extension - it often just looks like that 'it must be a .com in every case - no matter how pointless the name combination itself is'.

There are now so many opportunities to 'label' meaningful domain names with a new TLD - I personally recommend .top for the optimum / best 'label' - don't think .com is the future.

Does anybody remember that .CN some years back (when you could buy them at 0,33 $ at chinese registrars), had more then 10 million registrations. Suddenly dropped to 1 million.
And now , I dont think it has 10 million again . Much much less. (This has also to do with giving ID-information in the new .cn-era).

I admire your passion, as I see it in a way of conceptual art project. But from my experiences millionaires could be kind of "careful with their money". We have a neighbour here in Munich, she is making 20.000 EUR +per month just from lending flats in the near center and she has 5 millions on her bank account. Does it mean she is buying her cat the better food for 0.40 EUR per piece? NO she is giving her cat dry and cheap food, so we feed her cat. Does it mean she will buy her food in expensive stores? No, she is shopping at Aldi. Does that mean she will not plant a potatoes in the garden and try to sell them for 2 euros per kg? No, she is constantly raising few potatoes per year and offer them to the vegetables sellers nearby. So I think the so called billionaires would ask financial advisor in the field of domaining before making an acquisition of 1 billion USD domain name.

Why did you register non English words when you could have had any dictionary word as extension new.

My mother tongue is german and the term 'top' is used in german speaking countries and whole europe as a term for 'best' - it is used in print / radio / TV and also young generations use it on their smartphones in socialnetworking (FB / INSTAGRAM / SNAPCHAT / TWITTER / ...) when the are chatting - they use this symbol:

If you tell yourself over and over someone will pay you a billion dollars it still will not happen. If you are joking well let us all in on your laugh point us back to your thread and have a giggle. Could you sell a domain based on it's merit or appraised value or do you only bother with billionaires? The statement above shreds any credibility you earn and makes it difficult to take you serious or even approach you as a broker.

First I created this mindblowing domain, then I knew this domain can't be topped, then I told myself that this domain is the most expensive domain of all time because of the mentioned reasons, then I believed it 100 % and still believe it 100 %, then I was motivated to tell it others, then others will tell it others and so on - and then it will happen.

I sell my domains as high as I appraise them, no matter what others say.
I have my reasons and Analytics for my self appraisals.

I am sure not every billionair would buy it - but every billionair understand why exactly this domain the most expensive domain of all time.

You will take me serious as long as you can and it's no problem for me if you can't.

I was reading some pages of this post and i must say i find it completely disrespectful what you are doing here. I am new in this business ( 3 years ) and i know there is people on this forum with more than 20 years of experience in this industry. You keep " " to the old school and great experts, what are you 16 years old?

You are talking also about "pointless .combinations", i think you are right with that. I also have to say that your 36*Top.top is the most pointless name i have ever seen in my entire life and it gets worst when you try to promote it selling it as " the most expensive domain in history "
Respect the .com and respect the people who has been so long in this industry please. I feel embarrassed with your attitude. It doesn´t help gTLD investors in this forum at all.

Fanaticism was never good on long terms as history shows us. In no one aspect of life.

I am a small gTLD investor. I also have some .com´s. It became a hobby and i like to learn of the pros in this forum ALWAYS with maximum respect.

I don't own a '36*Top.top' - I think you meant my 21*top / .top (63 characters) and it doesn't bother me if you cant connect this domain with my convince that this domain is the most expensive domain of all time - I have detailed reasons and arguments for this.

Created as the highest possible status symbol, just to own it and to sell it.
To people which have so extraordinary much money that they don't need financial advisors anymore or even think of them.
If the wish of one of them to get this domain is absolute real then, then he / she will pay for it whatever I demand.
If not, then another will buy it sooner or later (thats what I believe) - because those super rich people are all involved in a top society of competitors in 'showing what they have / can afford'.
