advice DON'T GET LOST IN WEIRD .comBINATIONS!

Hey nP members,



we all know that the TLD space has changed completely.

While we can see many creative and great domains made from new TLDs we can see much more really weird and pointless .combinations - means weird and pointless domain name combinations in the .com extension - it often just looks like that 'it must be a .com in every case - no matter how pointless the name combination itself is'.

There are now so many opportunities to 'label' meaningful domain names with a new TLD - I personally recommend .top for the optimum / best 'label' - don't think .com is the future.

Yes, .best is the 'best extension' but .top is the 'top extension'.
Indeed this is a 'paradoxical problem' - but not for me because at the end .top has 3L while .best has 4L and I prefer the shorter one because this makes it 'better' (yes, paradoxical again) because it is the top one.

It's up to everyone to choose between those two which one is better and which one is on top hahaahaaa

If regfee will be decreased from $70-100 and Registry with Registrars will actively promote it (as of now - 100% lack of).

I totally agree. If I was a villa property agent, I wouldn't care much if I sold concrete or wooden houses. It's the profit that counts, if what you are doing is a job.

I think toptoptoptoptoptoptoptoptoptoptoptoptoptoptoptoptoptoptoptoptop.top is the top .top domain.

Because it contains the highest possible amount of top while it also ends with the .top TLD - so this domain is simply untoppable.

Great, I own eins.top (german for 'one' = 1) and acht.top (german for 'eight' = 8).
Just a 'far relation' to your mentioned ones - but both are 4L and both are .top - and as a european citizen I can assure you all 100 % that 'top' is a well used term for 'top' = 'best' in DE / AT / CH but also in other EU countries and in the rest of the world
