I woke up to a sale today of just 1K, but I saw they did a low monthly payment plan over 12 months. So, I checked the domain and they already have a crypto exchange scam site up. So, they won't pay much, and that domaiin will be trash when they stop.

That's an interesting dilemma.

Options?:

(A) Can you break the LTO due to how the leasee is using the domain?

(B) If it really is a scam, should you post a Beware Of (YourDomain.tld) Crypto Scam site to warn others?

(C) Should you report the Crypto Scam to the IC3 or relevant cyber crime authorities? But say the domain is seized by authorities due to the actions of the leasee, is the domain owner then S.O.L?.

(D) Something else?
