Would ne nice if you tell where you sold it, like sedo, afternic etc?

Uniregistry,
the domain still has their market name servers... in his Uni account, it looks like he selling it. :-D

Name Server: ns2.uniregistrymarket.link
Name Server: ns1.uniregistrymarket.link

Nice job! I wonder on those, is the buyer informed of the renewal fee? Didn't seem to bother this buyer! I wish you many more!

No, the servers don’t change when they checkout via that method, he has done nothing with it.

Yes, I know about it. ;)

I still have a few domains where GD "cash parking" name servers, but I removed them from there 3 years ago, although it takes me only a few seconds to change them.

And also I don't want "Donuts co" to make them reserved after the drop.

Valid reason not to report ngtld sales. I don't like Donuts' practice to reserve already released domains very much.

Without escrow.com ?
Schilling already does own escrow???

their escrow is
Instant Ownership Transfer
"You're in luck! This domain is eligible to be delivered to your account immediately after purchase."

So per my understanding, this works only for their own domains...
If another registrar - then idiotic escrow.com

No, it took me 15-20 minutes for another domain registered with GD.
You just need to enter the auth code in the form.

Another difference is, when selling domains not registered with Uni, the buyer should also pay for the addition of one more year before the transfer, but this price is automatically included in the total price.

You should not have made it public who your buyer is.. You just signed him up for lifetime domainer spam. I am sure he is very happy about that.

His WHOIS is open, everyone can see it if you now domain. I never say names.

This is his rights and opportunity to hide the WHOIS or use for these purposes free email accounts.

He knows that the seller can look at this information. And this is most likely one of his not important email accounts.

I have about 30 different emails. :)

Many buyers are really happy... because such ads/publications - additional traffic for them...

Just hand reg - Buildings.Life 10 minutes ago :xf.wink: for $3 just in case...

it is not quite the same as building.life

Buildings.life is only about a structure. Building.life could be a nice url for a campaign, showing that they not only do structures, they also build life.

they also build life.

At the same time when I registered buildings.life I also registered BuildThe.Life :)

The difference in the registration time between them is only 1 minute.
So I know what it can be.

Google:

"build life" - About 358,000 results (0.37 seconds)
"build the life" - About 33,900,000 results (0.44 seconds)

...and I already have:

Build.World and BuildThe.World
