I believe I saw DonaldTrumpRealEstate dot com for $12 expired auction on godaddy, i passed because of trademark. I tweeted him to alert him but no response. lol

Someone actually came to me once to try and have me broker a few "Trump" related domains. I turned them down because "TRUMP" as well as "Donald Trump" are both registered trademarks/copyrights used for a large international company in many markets. Attempting to profit or sell Trump related domains could result in trademark infringement or legal action from the TRUMP company.

My advice would be to take down any "For sale" listings and simply let the domains expire.

I also own one Trump related domain, but its not for sale yet.
I have a different theory about Trademark conflicts. As far as I know, "TRUMP" domain is registered in a Restaurant business and One trademark legally conflicts with another when the use of both trademarks is likely to confuse customers about the products or services, or their source.

So I believe, If the owner of any Trump related domain is not infringing this law all is Good.

e.g. presidenttrump / com received $38K offer which was turned down by the owner of the domain.

If there was a Trademark conflict, no person/company would wish to invest $38K in a domain.
I strongly believe that, if there is a buyer (Aware of conflicting issues) you should sale it.
