Well, to me, it means exactly what it says!

Check your given information carefully.
Sometimes, one puts a city (or country) and the IP is from another city or country (like using a proxy).

Then contact them!

Privacy on one or more names? Make sure the whois on each name matches the info you provide. One non match could sink the whole application.
