Domainsite: are they all dead?

is any Domainsite customer experiencing problem with Domainsite these days?
I been with them 1 year and suggested to few friends, we had no problem except a couple episodes but then we decided to trust them ...until now.

It is three days no body answer, no support at all and their system seems crazy, it show available domain to be unavailable :bah: and... unavailable domains to be available :bah: ..
.that's simply crazy to work in such unreliable conditions.. :td:

(think we all move away....they lost with us near 300 domains)

I tried to contact them but...no replies at all. There customer service must be down. I dont trust them anymore not just because of this incedent.

You give one more reason to blame them, they always had and never repair it!
It is not possible to do business (and risk your money, time and possible credibility or to loose good names) to give another try to someone who seems doesn't care at all about you, only the money. To me it is a shame! And I have already told to them exactly like this, no answer of course.
I know it is painful and its a delusion (imagine me to move some hundred names, what the hell!)
but the wealth of my business is more important!
