budget: $500+/item Domains With Strong Metrics

My client is looking to buy domains.

Requirements:

- Minimum TF of 10
- Minimum DR of 25
- Minimum Ahrefs referring domains of 100
- Clean anchor text (mainly branded and naked URL)
- No foreign anchor text
- Most of the referring domains to the homepage
- Clean archive. org (never been used for spam, Japanese/Chinese sites or PBN’s etc)
- No exact match URLs
- Within a niche that’s suitable to build an affiliate site

Budget: $500 & above.
