The Google Directory and the DMOZ directory are seperate, and yet the same.

The Google directory is based on the DMOZ directory at http://www.DMOZ.org

Google doesn't usually get regular updates from the DMOZ directory, but gets them every so often. They may also update thier own directory, but I am unsure.

If you are in the Google directory, you are PROBABLY in the DMOZ directory, just go to http://www.DMOZ.org to be sure.
