good for you, if you found someone offering you 25$. the pricing guess i did for divinityebooks.com was made actually taking in account yahoo link popularity :27, yahoo link saturation:7, msn link p: ? , msn link s: ?, ouverture:none, alexa rank:825,558(rank dropping constantly), google rank:1(bad), 2 results in the way back machine(last update 2006), easy to remember name, two words name, 14 letters domain name, not idn(good), not number(good) and not hyphen or other weird characters(good). divinityebooks was the name of a shop in ebay, but this shop actually closed it reduces some value.
In any case the appraisal of any domain name could vary a lot from evaluator to evaluator and the market demands. Even big companies in appraisal business just make a more accurate guess but it is still just a guess. i saw domains evaluated by big companies at xxx,xx not worth more than xx,xx. So just take this as an advice and a simple guess, nothing else!. You can sell your domain name whatever price you wish or someone offers to you.
