Hey Guys,

I thought I'd try a new registrar I haven't used so I went with domainnames.com. I went to register 1 .com site. It said it could not authorize my credit card. Didn't think anything of it till I saw my credit card bill. They charged me 3 times and the .com is still available..they never even sold it to me.

Called them and they said there's nothing they can do about the charges since they can't find me on record. So, they stole money by charging me 3 times and never actually giving me anything for that money.

Anyone else have a bad experience with these guys? Such a headache.

Try contacting them via email so that you have this response in writing. Then initiate a chargeback from your credit card issuer providing the email evidence to them showing that the merchant is unwilling to cooperate on a refund. You paid for goods for which you did not receive so you are entitled to a refund. If they have no record of actually processing those transactions for you, then they will have no way to challenge the chargeback.
