I get it a lot on my tablet in the morning. Usually when I refresh it loads correctly. ...usually.

I get it if I use a secure site to trigger the signup for some public WiFi services. No problems if I don't use a secure site though. There seems to be a real mess surrounding these certificates, one starts to wonder if they are worth it.

For the past few years I have bounced on and off domaining.com a few times a day and have never seen it before so that's why I'm wondering if others have seen it.

I get this when I'm public wifi at mcdonald and forget to click agree/connect on their signup page.
