The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.

The Dashboard is currently not loading after login.
We had a scheduled downtime of 5 minutes that unfortunately turned into something like 20 because of something out of our control. The landing pages saw no downtime, only the dashboard login. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We are excited to release some new improvements to the DomainEasy landers.

We have made some updates based on user feedback and in the process caught some errors on some secondary pages as well.

In addition to the changes we’ve already made to the landers, soon sellers will also be able to customize the colors of their landing page headers as well as the buttons. You’ll be able to easily make these changes from the Manage Domain Appearance section of your sellers dashboard once the feature is released in a day or two.

We will be releasing additional landing page options soon as well.

We would like to thank you for your support and feedback over the past couple of weeks. We’ve had a large number of new signups and domain uploads which, although amazing, has been a bit overwhelming as well. Thank you!

It would be great if you could provide a bit of a list so we know what has been addressed. And also a list of what is on the horizon. This would hopefully cut down on people asking for the same things...

We are excited to release some new improvements to the DomainEasy landers.
Why did you change the layout and placement of things on the landing page? Moving the DomainEasy logo from the top of the page to below the form is a good change, but the rest of the landing page looked better before. Will we be able to change it back?

Also, it's great that you added a Contact Us link to DomainEasy.com (thank you) but the link takes us to a
Knowledge Base page, not a Contact page.

Question: on this page it says "Payment is typically issued within 24 business hours of the transfer of the domain to the buyer." Will the seller be transferring the sold domain to the buyer? Or will DomainEasy be doing that? Just wanna make sure DomainEasy will be acting as the escrow company and handling the transaction.

Hi, I sold a domain on DomainEasy, the process worked like this:
Buyer paid, seller pushed domain to the DomainEasy account and DomainEasy sent the transfer code to the buyer, transfer complete, seller received payment.

Do you see buyer's details on invoices ?

Moving more of my domains to DE. With all the updates and new capabilities being introduced, how do you let everyone know? This thread? Social media? E-mail newsletter?

I mentioned this previously, but not sure if it made it on to the change list.

I'd like a way to completely remove anything put into the buy it now field. If I try, it tells me I need to have a value of at least $100. If you never entered a value into that field, there would be nothing there.

I had some names that I changed from buy it now to make offer, but now on the My Domains page those old buy it now prices show up, making the view harder to read and not accurate. Another option is to only show values in the BIN Price and Max lease period columns if they are applicable, i.e. don't show BIN values if the page is make offer, don't show Max lease if lease is turned off, etc.

That would in fact be the best option.

Currently, DomainEasy is collecting VAT information from sellers and applying VAT where applicable for buyers. Sellers can configure their VAT settings in the account settings under VAT Options, where they can choose to have VAT added if they are based in an EU region. This allows DomainEasy to automatically apply VAT for buyers where required, based on the seller’s location and VAT preferences.

DomainEasy will handle the VAT collection at checkout to ensure that VAT is correctly charged to buyers where applicable. However, it’s important to note that the responsibility to remit VAT to the appropriate tax authorities ultimately lies with the seller. DomainEasy acts as a facilitator in collecting the VAT on behalf of the seller, ensuring that it is added and charged to the buyer based on the seller’s settings. The seller is considered the vendor and is responsible for all VAT compliance, including reporting and remittance. Sellers are encouraged to review their VAT obligations and consult their tax advisors to ensure compliance with their local tax laws.
Do you see buyer's details on invoices ?
@DomainEasy can you clarify this point?

Seller transfers to DomainEasy, and we transfer to the buyer.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, I have made these suggestions in the past. It's on our list of things to do for a future release.

Yes, we try to announce features as they become available or are improved upon here. We also try to make instructional videos for them as well which we post here. We also post on social media and are developing an optional user newsletter which will be unsubscribeable if someone isn't interested in receiving it.

Since you asked about updates and new capabilities being introduced, here's what's on our short term roadmap (among other things).

Right now we're making improvements to our bulk upload and advanced search features. We will be releasing a new and improved bulk upload template soon as well.

In addition we are currently working on streamlining and adding additional functionality to our checkout process. It's our goal to create a robust checkout that is familiar and easy for buyers to navigate.

Also coming soon are additional landing page options, domain statistics, additional payment options, login improvements, seller dashboard improvements, lead chat improvements and much more.

I've added DomainEasy to this short overview with LTO domain renewal specifics at different marketplaces.

@DomainEasy A related question about DomainEasy LTO, which registrar are you using during the LTO period?

@DomainEasy Technically, while the LTO domain is in your holding account, your company has to take care of domain renewals. However, in your TOS you state that lessor is responsible for (payment of) renewals during LTO. What's the exact process here?
