Currently we are collecting the info and sharing with the seller. However, as stated before, we are working directly with our payment processor (Stripe) to fully integrate and automate as part of our checkout process so this will soon change.
You dont reply to my question. Who will pay the VAT to aurhorities ? Who is considered the seller ?

Domaineasy, kindly pass this across the team. This hasn't been fixed. For longer domain names. The tld and some text are cropped out on Mobile View while on Desktop view the buy now section covers that section. It should be made to fit into the screen on lower resolutions. Thanks.
Hi Domaineasy, this is yet to be addressed.

The DomainEasy website will not look trustworthy to buyers for sure.
For example when you click the Contact US you do not see a phone number, address etc.
Things like that are important when a website does not have a solid, long reputation.
It looks like a typical scammer site .
I do not see buyers trusting that.

If you flag a domain as "SOLD" the landing page doesn't reflect the change

What happens if you try and buy it now from the lander. Perhaps there's a message saying it's under contract or similar?... If not, that obviously needs to be improved upon...

it shows an error message saying something like "domain not available".

if you look at the preview in the domain page it looks ok, but the real domain lander remains the same as every domain "not sold" and then the error message if BIN triggered

So at least a second buyer can't try to BIN. But, it would be better if they cleaned that up and added an 'under contract' banner to the lander or something similar. And maybe a 'Contact the domain owner' button rather than BIN, so if someone is really keen they can still signal their interest.

I have asked 3 times on this - are you going to be part of the GoDaddy Premium Network ? It does make a difference if you are or are not as the commission structure obviously changes at AN/GD

The wording looks weird. I think the words "domain name" are missing

Currently, DomainEasy is collecting VAT information from sellers and applying VAT where applicable for buyers. Sellers can configure their VAT settings in the account settings under VAT Options, where they can choose to have VAT added if they are based in an EU region. This allows DomainEasy to automatically apply VAT for buyers where required, based on the seller’s location and VAT preferences.

DomainEasy will handle the VAT collection at checkout to ensure that VAT is correctly charged to buyers where applicable. However, it’s important to note that the responsibility to remit VAT to the appropriate tax authorities ultimately lies with the seller. DomainEasy acts as a facilitator in collecting the VAT on behalf of the seller, ensuring that it is added and charged to the buyer based on the seller’s settings. The seller is considered the vendor and is responsible for all VAT compliance, including reporting and remittance. Sellers are encouraged to review their VAT obligations and consult their tax advisors to ensure compliance with their local tax laws.

DomainEasy also has to take into account VAT as a company for the services you are providing.

I believe this issue was fixed in a previous release. Can you please give me an example?

If you mark the domain as sold in your seller dashboard then your lander will go into pending sale status and look something like this:
