Agree, in CSV it should be made possible to define any (max) LTO period in steps of just 1 month.
This is likely something we'll be adding in a future release.

maybe i overlooked it in the thread, but do you plan to add traffic stats or enable the possibility to link Google Analytics?
Yes, we will be adding them soon.

For the LTO sales, I would like to see an option to have a down payment up front rather than simply equally dividing the price by X months. So it would be X amount up front and THEN divide the remaining amount by X months. Would that be possible?
I think this is something that we could add. I will make the suggestion.

@DomainEasy Can the euro be set as the default currency? Can buyers make payments in euros, for example, via wire transfer? And can sellers receive payouts in euros?

Did you know that with DomainEasy you can keep in contact with your leads even when you're away by replying directly from your email box? You can learn more about our email conversation feature in our informative video. Enjoy!

Very good. I noticed in the video:

If this hasn't already been fixed, I think it should say "Go to the platform and reply to the quote."
It's essential that attention is paid to wording on all these various system messages to ensure that professionalism is maintained 100% of the time.

Judging by my control panel it's all USD at present. Are other currencies on the road map @DomainEasy ?

We are looking into supporting additional solutions but currently we are set up for USD funds. Technically it can be done but there are fees and exchange rates that can make it prohibitive. Also both parties need to deal with a bank that already has a relationship in place which can become troublesome. We are partnered with escrow.com
for buyers to make payments which, in addition to USD, supports payments in Australian Dollars (AUD), Canadian Dollars (CAD), Euros (EUR), and British Pound (GBP).

@DomainEasy If buyers get an "invoice" with the seller's information, at what point do they actually get the invoice ? I ask because one of my old issues with DAN (before they removed invoices completely) was that buyers immediately got the invoice BEFORE making the payment. This meant they got all of the seller's personal/company information and then could just disappear (without even paying/completing the transaction). Basically they used to get a free shot at removing your WHOIS privacy.

Is there a way to only provide that information to buyers AFTER the sale actually goes through? Too make fake offers out there.

Thanks

Invoices are sent after the sale is complete and do not contain personal details about opposite party beyond what is required by law.

Will you collect VAT and give it to authorities or will you collect VAT and send the amount to the seller ?
It's completely different, in first case it would be considered the domain is sold to you and you sell it to the buyer, or the seller will sell it directlty to the buyer.
TOS should specify everything about that.

Hello. I just manually checked the whois database for 20 of your domains randomly and none of them are showing as being pointed at our nameservers yet. It's almost certainly a propagation issue if you just changed them. I also tested each of the domains using our URL redirect link and they are loading correctly.

That's very important for every EU seller. Please clarify it and if possible provide a sample of the invoices you give to both parties.

Currently we are collecting the info and sharing with the seller. However, as stated before, we are working directly with our payment processor (Stripe) to fully integrate and automate as part of our checkout process so this will soon change.
