15% fees on afternic become 25% if you dont use their dns 😘

To use the GoDaddy Custom Lander one, by definition, must point NS to them. We are discussing Lander usage...

We've put together a video demonstrating how to use and get the most out of our lead management system. Please have a look. Thank you.
Excellent. This is what @bmugford was looking for, as well.

Clicking on the "Brokerage" column header doesn't sort the column. Instead, it's displaying this on a separate page:

Something went wrong while fetching your offers. Please try again later.
Update: This bug has been fixed.

@DomainEasy Is it possible to make the options for lease period more granular? Starting from 12 gives no flexibility. Personally I would not offer 12 months on a <$1K domain. I would offer 3-4 payments which can definitely increase the prospects of selling.

Also, since the longer the lease period the higher chance of buyer default, some resellers have a max lease period 'threshold' of 6 months, 10 months, regardless of what the BIN price is. 12 months just being too long for some of us.
(As shared on different occasions.)

Suggestions:

1. Let the buyers search for the names without having to login. The login is only needed when the buyer wants to buy it or to negotiate pricing.
2. Show similar names or the rest of the seller portfolio from the landing page. The more names you expose to the potential buyer the more names will be sold.
3. The ability to upload the portfolio (hundred or thousand names) with minimum offers and buy it now pricing. Edit one by one is a pain.
4. There is nothing wrong with charging commission so you should charge commission for EVERY sale, not just LTO. No one expects you to work for free.
These need to be fixed first before worrying about cosmetic changes.

This is something we are considering adding in a future release.

Agree. See this proposal as well:

I prefer to choose a max month period like they have in the csv : 2,3,4,...,72
Agree, in CSV it should be made possible to define any (max) LTO period in steps of just 1 month.

For the LTO sales, I would like to see an option to have a down payment up front rather than simply equally dividing the price by X months. So it would be X amount up front and THEN divide the remaining amount by X months. Would that be possible?

That would be good to have, indeed. Some really interesting plans for LTO were recently discussed in this podcast with DomainEasy founder Sam Dennis, so highly flexible plans are certainly on their agenda.

Customized LTO is discussed from 18m:20s.
