I can't find how to edit/delete domains in bulk (using the CSV file).
If I change a price on a domain already listed and reimport the CSV, the price is not changed, and the report say "duplicate".

I quickly used last week, but found several problems.
1. Your system maybe not recognize Chinese e-mail, as my QQ.com email can not get your verify code, then I used Gmail.
2. Most important is why add the Human and machine identity verification？ you dont know China buyer can NOT see this number, as ordinary people can not use VPN to check this, it means you can not get Chinese Buyer, then our Chinese sellers also not consider your platform.
3. Dont know how to bulk set the BIN, LTO and Make Offer.

Also in addition, the "Buy Now Box" blocks the view of some of the text including the .TLD (com) for domain names with upto 30 characters+ in the Default Lander, maybe others aswell. If you can make the BOX stay beneath it. Attached a image.

I don't think Domaineasy does that. It's Sawsells that charge 3% for their Landers when buyers use credit cards which was a turn off. Imagine someone wanting to buy your name for 3500 ends up paying around extra 75 as processing fee. Some buyers would call it quits. Well let's hear from them.

Very soon. We are currently collecting them after the sale, however, that is changing as our development team is updating the settings pages now so we will be collecting that information either as part of the onboarding process or via the sellers dashboard settings, depending on user preference. This change should go live within the next day or two.

sound good, but you dont have to collect these details only, you would need to collect the payment of VAT in case of it's needed by buyer/seller.

Still waiting for uppers/lowers.
For some reason, the length of leasing keeps defaulting to longest term, even after I save a shorter term.
To get the BIN to save, I had to unselect, then reselect, then save again.

Thank you, we'll look into this right away. As for the upper/lowers, if you're referring to custom casing it has been implemented and will now be respected at the time of ingestion. You can also manually edit any domain via the Domain Management section of your dashboard.

We do not.

I see here only a phone but no address.
You can't charge VAT by determining the country by phone number.

Like I said, the changes will be pushed in a day or two once they are integrated.

Difficult to edit domains in bulk.

First of all, when I upload domains, I have an option to set the MIN price and BIN, but once all domains are uploaded, resulted BIN option is not activated. I see BIN in my portfolio list, I mean the price, but the BIN option is not activated. It makes no sense, it must be activated once I choose the BIN option and put there the price.

It is also difficult to edit domains in bulk.
For example, choosing the first and SHIFT+the last domain doesn't let me choose all domains that are between the 2 chosen domains.
With no categories, it is difficult to edit in bulk a bunch of domains with the same price or choose the same template, etc. And when, finally, I mark a bunch of domains for changing something in bulk, I get the error message.

Also, add the option to manage and remove columns from the domain portfolio list.

You can add a description of the domain by using our Brandable template.

This is something we have planned for the future. Currently we are using a ticketing system or you can email [email protected]

That would be great. It's essential that the platform allows for updating domain prices through CSV for existing domains in portfolio. It's one of the most used features on any marketplace, in fact.

If we add 100 names, and you move to a commission model next year or @ some other time in the future, will those names be grandfathered in with no commission?
