domain Domain with 128 k + overture + developed site!

I have now decided to sell my domain CardApplyOnline [dot] Com
Would like to sell it along with the "half finished" site....
now i am wondering, what do you think would be a fair price of this domain + site?

Estibot aprraises the domain to 1700, but that is as we all known based on keywords..does this domain sound appealing to you?

i talked to my friend about it and he considered CardApplyOnline as a premium domain...

PLEASE HELP ME PUT A PRICE TAG ON THIS

I think when selling this site you will have to rely more on it's revenue than the domain to determine a price... I think the domain on its own doesn't say much unless its getting type in traffic or has a nice SE ranking.
