Hi there, I will be looking in the near future to sell this domain and site to get more cash for my other projects.

The site has just gone to PR3 with the latest update, with many internal PR3 pages and some PR2. The site runs off ASP and requires a windows server to run it but most of the tools are run off iWebTools.

SE Backlink Checker
SE Indexed pages checker
Alexa rankings checker (Needs to be fixed)
Meta tag generator
The page gets about 40-80 uniques a day steady for a month now. Almost no revenue besides 3-4 adsense clicks.
All pages have SEO Elements but are not optimized yet.
Main draw I would think for the site is to sell links on these pages
