What is the deal when a domain name is taken but you can add it to cart? I'm talking specifically about godaddy here but I think I've seen it elsewhere (not sure tho).
So what's the deal? It says ''add the name to cart and we will try to get it for you'' then you are charged an arbitrary amount like 61.24 pounds.
The only thing that makes sense to me is that this amount is the renewal and in the meantime, gd tries to broker the domain for the seller. So is this it?
