The name is yours and regged w/ an enom reseller acct and you are doing an inner-registrar transfer to another acct. ("push')
First, get the user ID of the acct you are pushing to. Bring up "My Domains" and click on the name you are going to push. Scroll down and click "Push/Move this domain into a different eNom account" A page will open w/ a box for "Log-in ID". Enter the user name for the account you are pushing to. Click confirm and Bingo! The transfer to new acct is processing and will complete shortly.

Interesting. I have a resellers account w/ Namecheap and am interfaced directly w/ the enom site. I have never had any difficulty w/ incoming or outgoing pushes, and didn't realize their were other scenarios or classes or reseller, but that makes sense, because, *unless I am mistaken*, Registerfly is, (or was), an enom reseller and, I don't believe, the two are integrated in such a way, that a push would be possible.
Are there a large number of resellers that won't accept pushes, or is does this apply more to a few of the larger resellers?
