Wait...I still don't get it. It didn't sell in the Internext auction, but they still have exclusivity? How far does that extend? Losing 30% in commissions is pretty hard, I agree not worth listing in that case. Luckily the DomainTools auction does not have this rule. The domain is free right after the auction is over.

Josh, your getting it just right. I believe the Internext auction had a 90 day exclusivity? I think this is what I remember reading previously.
