I must say, a really good looking (sounding?) list of domains I've ever seen.

Most of those 450 deserve to be there, but the ones that don't...

I delivered my three afternic sales that were 'pending review',
still have 4 more, but see only hope for one of them, if that.

Nice. One of my domains scored 789 so I'm hopeful it'll at least pass through some filters to be human reviewed...none of my domains have been reviewed yet.

The scoring system is quite limited but it does seem to single out the obviously good keywords.

All of mine say this except two. One says denied and one is confirmed, but not on the list.

Yep. The list isn't fixed until 6th, I believe.

On another note I had 3 domains approved but didn't make it to the list. 1 has subsequently made it to the list

I just hope they have the time to get to them all, it would probably have been alot easier if they limited submissions to 10 or 15 per person IMO

Seems like quiet a few of the ones on the list are getting alot of negative votes.

I feel your pain ... gazzip....I have two still showing pending, One is definatly worthy at a 749 score, Real Estate two word generic. Keeping my finger crossed.

If you are logged in, you will see voting results for names you have voted on. In the image I posted earlier in this thread, you saw the votes in the farthest column to the right. I had voted on every name listed at the time.

UPDATE BY JAY: The domains will say Pending Review. We are not changing the status on domains until August 6th. Everything is open to Review until then. But you have a good chance at being in the auction if your status has changed to confirmed.

That's a lotttt of voting for just a chance at IMO a pretty weak prize. Gives me new insight though into why some of my names are getting the votes they're getting.

the contest, as far asI know, just started this morning, as i compulsively reload the page every 10 minutes :hehe: $1000 for voting is a pretty nice prize for someone. That would buy me a year and half's worth of pedicures!
It takes a little more serious thought as to what might sell as opposed to - gosh *I* don't like this name.... Some of the names that I don't particularly care for - will more than likely sell. Heck if I knew the magic formula I'd have those xxx,xxx domains instead of the ones I do, or i wouldn't have sold some of the ones I sold years ago for so little just because someone wanted them more than I.
No more Mrs. Nice Gramma though !! ha ha ha

Now you have to compare the reserve with the domain. High quality name priced too high and lower quality name price more reasonably might change some of the voting from just like or don't like votes. I wondered why they had the option to unvote.
