I received the notice at 11:20 PM.

I just happened to log on to my email at 11:35 and saw the notice. As I did
not have a printer on that PC I had to wait until this morning to respond.

I did email Jay about the late notice last night and included a copy of his email with full headers so he could see the time his email arrived.

I do expect Jay to honor my contract under the circumstances.

Please contact Jay and request the same.

According to Jay's blog at Domain Tools all those who have not faxed in their contract will be contacted by telephone tomorrow, Monday, August 13.

By all means beg, borrow or steal access to a fax machine so you don't lose out.

I scanned and emailed my signed contract as the directions said you could, and it was accepted fine. Do you have a scanner?
