tips Domain selling by monitoring emails

I started to monitor incoming emails on my domain names. I think that it's a nice way to let the domain buyer leads come to you.

For some of the incoming emails, I can figure out who this is meant for. Most of the times the sender will use my domain instead of the recipient's real domain... because they assume that the recipients use my domain, which is much better/shorter/logical for that business.

Is it a good idea to forward the exact email to the intended recipients, stating that:
1. the email is probably meant for them
2. the domain is for sale if they want to prevent their confidential email to go to the wrong place

Often times these emails contain confidential info, so I'm not sure how they would react if I forward them the emails and they know that someone is reading emails that were meant for them...

Is this a succesful sales tactic?
