Domain renew question

I have a domain name set to expire at 2009-06-06. I want to transfer this domain name to a different registrar. When I transfer this domain name to a different registrar (let's say name.com) right now what will happen to the expiry date?

Upon receipt of the domain name (being "pulled" in to your favorite Registrar), an additional year will be added to its registration ... and you will be charged your normal Reg. fee / renewal price at the new, and your favorite, Registrar! :gl: :imho:
