hello,
I dont know if posting in right section but there is a domain registrar that is refusing to enable my push feature. I have 7 domains with them , and they keep telling me they will enable my push feature, talked to support over 6 times. They have lied and its like I cant even control my own domains. Guess its time to hire a lawyer and go to court
Will realease details of Registrar if I they do not enable my push feature today. Absolutely ridicoulse . Anybody else ever have bad experience with trying to push domains? I dont even see why I have to email support to have them push my domains. I should be able to push domains myself ! #SH!*t E service!

thanks

I will be filing a complaint on monday with Icann as well as hiring a lawyer to take them to court. This domain Registrar wont be around long, I already have sold 2 of the domains and I cant even push them. Now the buyers are curious and looks bad on me when in reality its is the domain registrar fault that the buyers have not received their domains #TimeToShutThemDown

Wouldnt you think 3 days is way more then enough time to have support unlock my push feature? they have told me they would and that it would be that day, #day3 now and nothing , about to have to refund payment back to the buyers of the names!

Why not just transfer the domain to another registrar?

If these are newly registered domains, they might be locked from pushing for a number of days (5-7 depending on the registrar). Have you read their ToS? Does that say anything enlightening?

I had a Registrar that wouldn't email me the auth code due to 'security issues' (lies).

I emailed ICANN, and long story short, I got my auth code very fast indeed.

Thanks stub and Chicknfillet, I have had domains for around 2 years with this registrar , I am give them the benefit of the doubt and say the took a big break due to Halloween, give them an extension til Monday. But why have live chat support and not have actual support? Anyways enough ranting off on my part, keep you posted. Thanks everyone for comments. @chickenfillet, looks like I will most likely end up having to email icann. Again they promised it would be today , and still nothing, At least tell me wth is going on or that support left on vacation. Will never do business with this registrar again.

Guess they got a lil more motivated to push my domains all of sudden, wonder why? ;)
