When a page is parked it uses yahoo ads on the parking pages. An example of a parked page is here www.bestumbrellas.com So income is made off the ads on the parked pages. You need a dedicated server in order to do what you need in the back end on the server so people can access your parking site and park their domains there.

This is actually Domain Trader Version 2.2 and it is the closed source one.

how does the feed work ... how much traffic do you need to maintain inclusion into the feed?
how many pageviews/month?
how many domains in the system are yours?
is this supposed to be like sedo, parked, fab etc?
does it have cheat protection built in?
is there a way to geotarget the feeds (ypn = us and google everything else)?

I am assuming the YPN account is included with the transaction? You did not say it was not included with the sale, but the above statement makes it sound like it is. I would like to make a bid if you are including the YPN account.
