Is it possible that domain names can be in a different language?
e.g. www.原来我不帅.com (chinese character)
www.दुनिया-भर.com (Hindi)

Yes, it has been around for many years. These types of domains are referred to as IDN. There is even a section here on NP devoted to this:

WebNIC do provide these IDN domains, in fact we are one of the largest IDN domain managers out of China.
March/April onwards, chinese.chinese will be made available.

There is demand, depending on your target market.
Pricing/Value wise, I suppose investors can provide you a more accurate figure?

I don't run "my own registrar" so I have no agenda here. A lot of regular people in IDN use Dynadot.com. Once you get to the bulk pricing level they also have very cheap prices, and FREE "domain tasting" which allows you to cancel a domain at no charge with full refund (credit). For regular domains I prefer Fabulous, but for IDN I use Dynadot since Fabulous does not deal with IDN. Here is a summary of prices at Fabulous and Dynadot with the discount pricing:

To get the "good guy discount" at Dynadot you need to either buy $500 in domains or put $500 into your account. To get the discount at Fabulous you need to get a parking account... and you need at least 50 high quality domains getting traffic to get into Fab.

I have also used Moniker.com to register IDN, but I prefer Dynadot.
