Domain/money all gone in my Registerfly account

Checking my account but found all my domains and remaining balance in my registerfly account are gone. Check whois still registered to me by registerfly.

Anybody have similar expeience?

Did you check to make sure you dont have 2 accounts and you logged into the wrong one? This has happened to me before at another registrar.

I can only suggest that you should have read these forums. Reg Fly has a bad rep.

I know registerfly is not good. That is why I don't trasfer names to them to save thousands of dollars.

But some time you just don't have a choice...

Well, I just wish my domains are still there.

You seem pretty relaxed about the issue.....Did you contact RegFly?

Sure I contacted them. Live support is difficult, waiting over the weekend for the ticket.

I was transfering out domains whenever 2 months is due. So not that big damage it everything turns out bad.

Just wondering whether anybody had similar experience?

He won't answer.

Here is what I did. Call the Rist Mgmt. Department at the support # on their site. Ask to be transfered to Mr. Glenn Stansbury. Be pushy about it.

Leave an angry voicemail asking to meet him in his Boonton offices.

I did this, and he called me back...maybe it will work for you?

Dave-It was a friendly comment i canntot prove or disprove anything. But from what i have read and found out, regly has a bad history.

Oh, I have to cancel my credit card info in my Registerfly account, can I do it easily?

one day I was able to login to someone else's account, I did not do anything to him though. I am not a hacker, just happened to logged in an account that has similar user id by mistake.
