Domain listed on Sedo not for sale ...

I was browsing the web today and I saw a couple of domain names that where on the typical SEDO landpage but I couldn't see the advice that the name was for sale....
I wonder what could it mean :?

Sedo gives the user the option to put his/her domain up for sale or to just have it parked. I know some domainers claimed having the "this site is for sale" link on there was hurting their profits so they chose to remove it and let interested buyers contact them through whois info.
