I have been contacting Godaddy since many days and nothing is happening,support agents were helpless as they always said that the concerned department only works via email.

I want to express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding the suspension of my GoDaddy account and all associated domains. This action was taken without a clear explanation, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, my account remains suspended.

Over the past few days, I have sent numerous emails and inquiries through various channels seeking clarification and resolution, but have received no satisfactory response or solution. The lack of communication and support from GoDaddy in this matter is unacceptable and has already resulted in significant financial losses amounting to millions of dollars for my business. All my customers who paid are unable to access my services now

As a loyal customer, I expect transparency, prompt communication, and efficient resolution of issues. The ongoing suspension of my account is causing irreparable harm to my business operations and reputation. I'm just waiting for the 60-day period to transfer my domain out of GoDaddy.

If you do legitimate business to the tune of millions of US dollars, you should not be wasting your time creating threads on NamePros.

You should be filing a lawsuit that would get you a FAT settlement from GoDaddy.

Who are you emailing? We have literally just had the same issue. No reply, no message, no reason given.

All my domains within the account have been suspended as well. Including parked ones. The domain they have 'suspended' was not even live. It was an old brand of ours which we 301 to our main website.

We have spent several days trying to communicate with you through various channels, including [email protected], but so far, we still don't know why we were suspended. We were just told that we were permanently suspended based on your compliance requirements and internal policies.
However, as we have spent a lot of advertising money, we are unable to continue to serve paying customers, which has led to a large number of complaints and compensation.
If this issue is not resolved promptly and satisfactorily, I will be forced to pursue legal action to protect my business interests and seek compensation for the substantial damages incurred.

So far, I don’t know the reason. They always give the same answer: Our decision is based on our compliance requirements and internal policies

Let's hear the reason from GD. The customer has a simple request, super simple... What is the reason?..... After that, y'all can wrestle the details in the background... but, it is only fair to know, what is the reason??

I have had the same issue with my godaddy account last month and still no response to over 15 attempts to contact and escalate the issue. I had actually taken my site down within 24hours (even though there was clearly no issue with my site - i had scanned and checked with 5 different companies). But still , godaddy ignored my communications and then a few days later they sent another generated email saying their cyber investigation team have closed my account permanently and all 15 domains in my account will be taken (14 were inactive and only 1 was live). This is very suspicious seeing as i had the 1 domain live for over 2 years and all of a sudden when i reached the top of google they suspended my account.

I have looked into this and it appears they seem to get away with it too often.

Did you resolve your situation?
I am in the process of taking legal advice and would welcome any advice or even if others in the same situation would like to take class action against godaddy - please get in touch!

I would personally get a lawyer and consider posting about it on LinkedIn and tagging GoDaddy. follow lawyer advice...
