My Snapnames Account has been suspended after change Whois info.

Hello, my account has been suspended. I changed info whois name and after save i have a notice suspended. I created a ticket but not reply. Anyone can help me?
I have a auction and missing bid with another bidder.

Just had this happen to me.

Called the Customer Service and they reactivated it for me.
