Domain expired over a year ago, can't register

I am looking to register a domain name, but it was taken. I look at the WhoIs, and I see that the domain expired over a year ago:

Expiration Date:13-Jan-2009
Sponsoring Registrar: PocketDomain.com (R358-LRMS)
Status:CLIENT DELETE PROHIBITED

I thought after a couple months, the domain would be dropped and could be re-registered. The contact information is weird, in the billing address 2 for all the contacts, it says "Our domains are NOT for sale", and even the nameservers say something along the lines of our-domains-are-not-for-sale.info.

Any ideas why this domain cant be picked up?

This might be a .info name? Than its normal to not update the expired date. I have been looking for good .info names and often seen this.

This is the registrar whois output.

The registry will tell you the true dates:
VeriSign WHOIS - Domain Name Lookup from VeriSign, Inc.

PocketDomain is a private registrar.

is that TM domains few domains which are regged with TM show like that

oveber, yes, it is a .info. I guess that would explain it then.
