Domain Dilemma

Hello all,

I am in bit of a problem and I want help from the namepros community.

I have a domain name registered with the help of a certain registrar which was a partner of publicdomainregistry. The partner registrar was not a popular or a reliable one but I registered anyway because I did not have other choices at that time.

Today when I checked to renew that domain name, that partner registrar of publicdomainregistry has dissappeared. I do not know what to do. I know the domain transfer EPP code of my domain name but I have one big problem. I had privacy protected my domain name and according to the whois of my domain all the contacts of my domain name are as follows:

PrivacyProtect.org
Domain Admin ([email protected])
P.O. Box 97

I understand that to transfer the domain name to another registrar I not only have to enter the domain transfer code but also have to confirm through the admin email contact of my domain name. I know the transfer code but my privacy is protected I cannot verify the admin email of my domain name.

I really need this domain name. This domain will expire in about 8 months. So what do I do? Do I contact publiddomainregistry or are there ways to transfer the domain name with the help of the domain EPP code only??

Please help me out here.

Login to the domain management console at the registrar Turn off the privacy, request the transfer, & confirm the transfer when the email arrives to your listed contact email address.

So, after Rizzi offered help, has your issue been sorted?? I think i've spoken to Rizzi a few times for support...must admit, he's pretty good at his stuff...
