Domain brokers for seller?

If I want to sell a domain name that will go for low to mid 5 figures, are there companies that will do the legwork to contact industry specific prospective clients and get the best possible sale price? I have done countless searches and can't seem to find any reputable companies that do this. If there are, what is the normal range of commission they charge?
