discuss Selling domains outside auction sites.. via brokers?

so there is auction sites like sedo for selling, but is it also possible to find a site that takes your domain portfolio and shows it to their own leads or clients, or finds leads and clients and then takes commission on sale?

or brokers like this only fucntion and exist through auction sites.. like afternic or sedo or others.. ?

independant brokers tend to "choose" the names that they think, will have best chance of selling

and some choose people they think they can "come-up on"

like when you make this post and get a pm later, from somebody you never heard of.

cuz, some are not really brokers at all.
