i am new to domains so need help regarding selling of domains and renewals.

I am having one domain thirteen(dot)in which has the value of 580$ according to valuate website .

So how much i will get . where i can auction it.
One more question - i have registered my domains for only one year .
So will i be having any problem i renewing it.?

unless or until "valuate website" makes an offer to buy your name for appraised amount....then you won't get anything.

selling domain names ain't that simple.

Automated appraisal = rubbish
Educated appraisal = best case scenario, doesn't mean there is a buyer ready to pay

IMO the value of thirteen(dot)in is more or less regfee, tough sell.
If you want to resell domains you need to understand which types of domains are in demand and what makes a domain valuable.

when you got the name, and idea should have predicated the rationale for acquiring it.

a reason, a business model, a brand, some type of viable concept that will draw and hold visitors.

visualize design, logo, etc, etc.

that can add value.

Honestly and not to be rude but straight talk..It sounds like you just heard about people selling domain names for a lot of money so you want to try it.

You did not read up on anything and just thought of a 1 word domain that may sell. It seems that even asking on how to develop the domain tells me you have no knowledge about websites in general except you see them when you visit your favorite site.

If you still want to be in this game read a good portion of the threads here at Namepros. It is like a domain library. It will answer all your questions and then at that time re think if this is the game for you.
