I'm wondering why people are asking to appraised their domain?
And how do you appraised a domain is there a tool or what are the factors in doing this.

Its just like you go out in the market, request a few quotations before you buy something, the only difference here is that you are not selling, you are only getting familiar with the pricing for that particular domain!
